As Head of Lights for the Students’ Union, he was responsible for lighting a mix of fashion shows, plays and festivals. Since then, he has worked on some of the West End’s biggest musicals, including Billy Elliot, Dirty Dancing, The Lion King and Wicked. As WL’s Business Development Manager, Jonathan’s technical expertise and industry knowledge allows him to offer excellent advice and service to clients.“

“With a foundation in Lighting Design from the Central School of Speech & Drama, Dom brings over 15 years of expertise to the industry. Joining White Light in 2008, he initially worked as Project Manager and Senior Account Manager within the Production department, delivering a diverse portfolio of sporting and public events, corporate presentations, and award shows.

In recent years, Dom has served as Key Account Manager for the Hire department, overseeing immersive experiences, touring productions, West End theatre, and large-scale outdoor events such as Christmas trails.

Now as Head of Lighting, Dom leads equipment strategy and procurement while continuing to collaborate closely with key customers across theatre and special events.

Passionate about innovation and creative partnership, Dom ensures every project is supported with technical excellence.”

“Before joining White Light, Stuart built an impressive career in production, working as a Lighting Designer, Lighting Programmer, and Associate Lighting Designer across professional theatre, corporate events, and live shows. His portfolio includes iconic West End productions such as School of Rock, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Sound of Music, Grease, Memphis, and Beautiful, alongside numerous large-scale corporate events.

Stuart brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to White Light, enabling him to understand the challenges our customers face and provide solutions that truly make a difference. His expertise ensures every project benefits from both technical precision and creative vision.

Beyond White Light, Stuart is a Director and serves on the Executive Committee of The ALPD (Association of Lighting Production Design), helping shape the future of lighting design within the industry.”
