The GLP JDC2 IP is a groundbreaking hybrid strobe that raises the bar on brightness, control, and creativity. Designed for maximum impact, it combines brute-force output with elegant, digital versatility in a rugged IP65-rated body.
At the heart of the fixture is a newly integrated beam line powered by 84 high-performance 10 W LEDs, delivering ultra-intense flashes with razor-sharp, steep ramps for the most realistic strobe effects yet. With 12 individually controllable segments, it supports extended flash dynamics and includes over 100 built-in static and dynamic strobe patterns.
The JDC2 IP features a massive 1,025 cm² (159 in²) luminous surface, increasing visual solid angle and perceived brightness by up to 25%. Behind that surface, 1,728 RGB LEDs flood any environment in rich, saturated color — perfect for creating immersive atmospheres, especially when paired with haze. A black LED masking front ensures a clean look and reduces light spill from other sources.
Both color plates can be controlled separately in 12 or 24 segments, and an individually addressable pixel matrix unlocks stunning digital effects. Powered by a Dual Cortex CPU with built-in 3D graphic processing, the JDC2 IP features GLP DigiFX: a curated library of over 100 eye-catching pixel animations, ready to use without any external media server.
Need more? The fixture supports up to four external NDI streams via dual GigaBit EtherCon ports, letting you display real-time video content directly on the unit — no licenses, processors, or media servers required.
With motorized tilt (approx. 180°), the JDC2 IP offers precise directional control. Its rugged, sleek housing is built for indoor and outdoor use, and includes GLP’s iQ.Mesh interface and NFC Connect for fast setup and service.
