railSplit DMX
railSplit DMX is an entry level DMX512 splitter designed for permanent installations. (If you need RDM, see the sister product, railSplit RDM).
It is DIN Rail mounted for ease of installation. All connections are via screw terminals. DMX loop through and termination options are provided. railSplit DMX does NOT support the RDM (Remote Device Management) Standard and RDM data is simply ignored.
railSplit DMX is powered from a 9 to 48 VDC power source. We recommend the PSU-24-0.75-FER.

railSplit RDM
railSplit RDM is DIN Rail mounted for ease of installation. All connections are via screw terminals. DMX loop through and termination options are provided.
The product offers high levels of electrical protection. It can survive mains electrocution of up to 425 VAC continuous connection on the input, loop and outputs. If you additionally require sacrificial surge protection, please see the sister product, railSplit Extreme.
railSplit RDM supports the RDM (Remote Device Management) Standard. RDM allows bidirectional communication over the DMX cable.

railSplit Extreme
railSplit extreme is an upgraded version of railSplit rdm, optimised for harsh conditions and for use in electrically noisy environments.
It is a 1-in-to-6-out DMX512 splitter with support for RDM and a fix mode which filters non-standard data and fixes timing errors. Isolated input. DIN rail enclosure with screw terminal connectors.
railSplit Extreme additionally provides surge protection on the input, loop and outputs, which is aimed at protecting the product and connected equipment against voltage surges of the type generated by lightning.
